• 1997 rok – obtained the title of Master of Science at the Faculty of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering of the Czestochowa University of Technology, in the speciality "Computerization of Production Processes", the title of the master's thesis: "Evaluation of work hardening resistance "r" and crushability "Z" in the sizing part of the drawing die in drawing rope wires of steel D62A".
• 01.11.2001 – 30.04.2002 – Half-year industrial internship in Huta Buczek S.A. (Buczek Steel Mill) at the Department of Technology and Development..
• 2003 – obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in technical sciences in the discipline of Metallurgy at the Faculty of Process & Materials Engineering and Applied Physics of the Czestochowa University of Technology; the title of the PhD thesis: "The influence of plastic working process parameters on the properties of the BAg7 alloy".
• 2003 – finished a 2-semester teaching course organized by the Inter-Faculty Teacher Education and Development Studies at the Czestochowa University of Technology.
• 2012 – obtained the degree of Habilitated Doctor at the Faculty Process & Materials Engineering and Applied Physics of the Czestochowa University of Technology; the title of the habilitation thesis: "The theoretical and experimental analysis of the processes of drawing new-generation TRIP steel wires".

• Member of the SITPH (Association of Metallurgical Industry Engineers and Technicians) Association at the Czestochowa University of Technology.
• Member-Founder of the "International Drawing Association in Poland" active at the Czestochowa University of Technology since 2002. During the 2002-2005 term, I was member of the Board of the Association.
• Member of the Wire Association International, an international drawing engineering organization, since 2002.
• Secretary of the Organizational Committee of the 1st International Drawing Conference, Zakopane 2005.
• Secretary of the Organizational Committee of the 7th International Scientific Conference on "New Technologies and Achievements in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering", Czestochowa 2006.
• Since 2007, Chair of the Organizational Committee of the International Drawing Conference cyclically held by the Institute.
• From 1 Sept. 2008 on, Head of the Drawing Engineering and Metal Products Department at the Institute of Plastic Working and Safety Engineering of the Czestochowa University of Technology.
• Since 2013, member of the Academic & Economic Metallurgical Association (Akademicko-Gospodarcze Stowarzyszenie Hutnictwa).
